Insurance and pain management:
In many cases, pain management services are covered by insurance. Check with your insurance carrier prior to your appointment so you’ll know what’s covered. If your plan does not cover pain management services, you will be responsible for the charges. CHWC Pain Management is a medically supervised treatment program, and a referral from your physician is needed. Your physician will know if a pain management program will benefit you.
